When you arrive

To pick up your badge, conference book and other materials, please come to the housing desk outside Stowell 106, right next to where you pick up your badge (this is open the same hours). On Wednesday evening ONLY, the desk will move over to Barrington for the start of the reception and poster session, so you will be able to pick up your badge from there.

This desk is open at the following times:

Wednesday

Kellas: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM Barrington: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Thursday

Kellas 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday

Kellas 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday

Kellas 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM

General information

Online campus registration is now closed. If you are still in need of a place to stay, please consider motels and hotels listed on the general accommodation page.

There may be limited Campus Housing available the day of registration on June 2nd if you wish to consider this option, however, it is not guaranteed. If housing is available, beds will not be made, however, a linen package will be provided to you.

Rooms include free internet and a full breakfast. At this point, booking can only be done on-site. Rates are as follows:

  • Single Room - $37.00 first night, $22.00 each additional night
  • Double Room - $27.00 first night, $17.00 each additional night

On-Campus housing will be in Draime Extension, Draime Residence Hall, Knowles North and Knowles South Residence Halls – single or double occupancy (share common area bathrooms - bathrooms are designated as male or female bathrooms).

For those already booked, beds will be made for the first night – linen package includes blanket or bedspread, sheets, pillow with pillowcase, one washcloth and one towel. There is a $6.75 charge for additional linen changes. It is recommended guests bring their own hangers. There are no phones in the rooms; however, there is wireless and Ethernet capabilities in each room. Guests must bring their own Ethernet cables. A user name and password will be provided for each guest staying on campus to access the Campus internet service. Rooms are not air conditioned; however, guests are welcome to bring a fan and an additional reading light. Rooms are very clean and nice, and they were recently renovated. Each area has a comfortable lounge area, and most areas include a TV and/or microwave.
