All conference events are scheduled to be on the campus of SUNY Potsdam. For maps of various locations, please see the inside back cover of the conference book, or the maps page of the website.

Registration will mainly take place in Kellas Hall, outside Kellas 106.

The Wednesday evening poster session will be held in the Barrington Student Union on Barrington Drive, in the Multipurpose Room. Due to construction, the front entrance to this building will be closed, but signs are posted indicating the side entrance that should be used.

The main technical sessions are in the following buildings:

Kellas Hall

The majority of oral presentations and the vendor exhibition are in the main front corridor this building; a few events are in rooms 217/218 off the back corridor. See map below for a diagram.

Dunn Hall

A large number of oral presentations will also take place on the second floor of Dunn Hall. Dunn Hall is next to Stowell Hall, the Minerva statue and opposite the front entrance of the Barrington Student Union

Timerman 131

This room is very close to Kellas. Leaving the back of Kellas Hall on the entrance nearest the Snell Theatre, there is an entrance to Timerman Hall a few metres away. After entering Timerman Hall, Timerman 131 is immediately on your right.

Stowell 211

This location will be used for the biofuel combustion symposium, and possibly the career workshops may be relocated there due to heavy demand. Entering Stowell Hall from near Dunn Hall and the Minerva statue, Stowell 211 is immediately on your right. Stowell Hall also contains the chemistry department, one floor above Stowell 211.
